Coordinate LH Info Sessions: The recruitment committee also organizes informative sessions to educate members and the public about our organization's goals, values, and process. These session are perfect for individual(s) who are interested in joining Leadership Hillsborough. Alumni Advisory & Membership Retention: Dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with alumni and ensuring member satisfaction and retention. Networking After 5: This committee orchestrates networking events after business hours, providing opportunities for members to connect and foster professional relationships. Coffee Connections: Engages members through casual coffee meetups, facilitating meaningful conversations and connections. Educational Programs: Develops and implements educational initiatives to empower members with valuable skills and knowledge.
