Established in 1989, Leadership Hillsborough has been at the forefront of providing developmental opportunities to Hillsborough County professionals who seeks to grow as leaders and expand their knowledge. Led by a dedicated team of volunteer Board of Directors, our nonprofit organization serves as a catalyst for unifying all sectors across Hillsborough County.
Through our tailored programs, professionals in Hillsborough County are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in leadership roles. We foster an environment where participants can explore the intricacies of our community, forge lasting connections, and leverage opportunities for impactful collaboration. Supporting Local Residents During the SNAP Benefits Crisis As Thanksgiving approaches, Leadership Hillsborough is hosting a Food Drive to support local families facing challenges due to the ongoing SNAP benefits crisis. We invite Class Members, Alumni, and community partners to join us in making a difference by donating canned goods and non-perishable food items. Donations can include everyday pantry staples as well as traditional Thanksgiving favorites. Collection Day: Now Through Thursday, November 20, 2025 (Education Day) Your generosity will help ensure that families in our community can enjoy a warm and nourishing holiday season. Together, we can lead with kindness and compassion this Thanksgiving.
